Important Information:
ROUGH WEATHER POLICY
If the scheduled route cannot take place due to weather conditions, we will carry out an alternative route of equal value, or the same route in another date.
In the event that the selected vessel is deemed unsuitable for travel due to weather conditions, the company reserves the right to substitute it with another vessel of equal size and similar specifications—potentially from a rigid (plastic) to an inflatable type—considered more seaworthy under such conditions. This change will be made solely for your safety and comfort, and will be treated as an upgrade at no additional cost to you.
In the event that no excursion with any of the vessels in our fleet can take place due to weather conditions, a full refund of your deposit will be issued using the original payment method.
- Regarding the fuels: The below fuels’ costs have been calculated for the mentioned detailed routes at the price of gasoline 2,20€/liter. For any reconfiguration of the above routes or of the price of gasoline per liter, the values will be reconfigured accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling your reservation up to 15 days prior to the commencement of the cruise
we return the 100 % of the payable amount.
Cancelling your reservation 8 days to 14 days prior to the commencement of the cruise
we return the 30 % of the payable amount.
Cancelling your reservation 7 or less days prior to the commencement of the cruise there
is NOT refund of any amount.
